About Blackburn
Blackburn is a large industrial town in Lancashire, England. It lies to the north of the West Pennine Moors on the southern edge of the Ribble Valley, 8.9 miles (14.3 km) east of the city of Preston, 21 miles (34 km) north-northwest of the city of Manchester. and is 8 miles (12.9 km) north of the border with Greater Manchester.
